How it gets to you
Shipping
Fast within Aotearoa. Slower for the rest of the world — we don't ship to rush, we ship to arrive.
New Zealand
- Standard — 2–4 working days. $9, or free over $120.
- Rural — 3–6 working days. $12.
- Overnight — next working day on orders placed before 1pm NZT. $16.
Australia
- Standard — 5–10 working days. $18 NZD.
Rest of world
- International standard — 10–21 working days. $32 NZD flat rate.
- International express — 4–7 working days. $65 NZD.
Customs and duties
Orders outside NZ may attract local duties or taxes. We don't collect these on your behalf — you'll pay on delivery if they apply. Sorry, this is how international freight works, not our choice.
Packaging
- Cardboard mailer — kraft outside, cream inside.
- Paper tape (no plastic).
- Tissue paper in the season colour.
- Hang tag with the Sanzo palette reference.
If your mailer arrives damaged, the garment inside will almost certainly be fine — merino is hard to damage in transit — but email us anyway so we can replace the outer.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number the moment it's picked. You'll get one email when your order is packed, one when it ships, and nothing else until it arrives.
